“The value of strong institutions in a Democracy”
The 13 of March, a table of debate took place to deal with the subject "the value of strong institutions in a Democracy".
The encounter was developed in the American Club and was chair by the Professor Strom C. Thacker.
Among other outstanding positions, Prof. Thacker is Director of Latin American Studies Program and Associate Professor of International Relations of the Boston University. He is also a Faculty Affiliate of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University and a Fellow at the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future at Boston University.
The meeting count with the participation of specialists from the public and private field, legislators, representatives of the armed forces and civil employees.
