The past 21 of May our institution summoned to a videoconference that took place in the American representation.
From Atlanta, and for Buenos Aires and the province of San Juan, spoke Dr. Jennie K. Lincoln, Principal Research Associate of the Georgia Tech Research Institute
Previously, Dr. Lincoln was an election observer of the Carter Center, Consultant of the U.S. Southern Command, the Ford Foundation and the Inter-American Dialogue.
Dr. Lincoln realised comparative studies of the electoral systems and the Government of the United States for the Elections of 2004, and has been consulting for transmissions in Spanish language of the Presidential Elections of the USA for CNN.
The activity counted with the presence of representatives from the Mass Media, lawyers, legislative advisers, and CEOs of several companies.
