"Race and Immigration"
Dr. Mitchell F. Rice, publisher in head of the magazine "Public Managment and Social Policy", participated in two activities organized by the AAD Foundation.
The first one was developed in the University of Belgrano, place where the 14 of August he exposed on the problematic of the immigration and the situation of the minorities in the United States.
On the following day, in a lunch with investigators, former military and experts in public policies, he interchanged opinions, experiences and proposals on the present time and the perspectives on the subject.
