"The New Latino Electorate of the United States in the 2012 Elections and Beyond"
Wednesday 23 of March was the day when the Foundation, jointly with the CARI and the Embassy of the USA, organized a conference headed by Dr. Henry Flores.
Henry Flores, Ph.D., is a Professor of Political Science and Dean of the Graduate School at St. Mary's University. Dr. Flores has served as the departmental chairperson for two terms and directed both Graduate Programs in Public Administration and Political Science. He has taught classes at both the graduate and undergraduate levels in public administration, public policy, urban politics, and research methods and statistics.
Dr. Flores was recently honored by the School of Law for his work in Chicano civil rights. He was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution and continued dedication to Latino voting rights issues.
